Orders are processed within 5 business days for UK and 10 Working days for another country (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. For orders outside the UK, this time can be different depending on the country. Please contact us in advance for more details.

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, including to the United States. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your stone pieces arrive in perfect condition.

Approximately 7 days from dispatch.

Customs & import duties:

Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applicable in the USA are the responsibility of the customer.

These are typically around £90 and are charged by US Customs upon arrival.
